Oncimmune Footslogger's 3 Peaks Challenge · 16 August 2014

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

After having successfully completing  the Leadenboot challenge in May, our interepid and possibly foolish group decided that our next challenge would be to climb a mountain. And why just climb one mountain, when you can climb 3?  And why spend time climbing those mountains, when you can do it in 24 hours right?  So the 3 peaks challenge was born, Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon.......in 24 hours.

So what started out as a personal challenge, has turned into a fund raising effort. We thought why not raise some cash along the way.  I mean, pretty selfish of us being then only ones to benefit from the trek right?  What all that fresh mountain air and exercise!!!  So  our chosen charity is the Teenage Cancer Trust.

If you would like to support our (Emma, Jacek, Leon, Chris W & Gosia) efforts on 16/08/14 and donate to a great cause, then please donate.  It's easy....and you don't even have to climb any mountains in order to do so.
